PRELIMINARY AUDIT REPORT ON BLUEZONE PROPERTY

INVESTMENTS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED (“IN LIQUIDATION”)

The provisional liquidators of Bluezone Property Investments (Pty) Ltd (in liquidation) have

deemed it fit and in the public’s interest to disclose the preliminary forensic auditor’s report of

said company to the provisional judicial managers of the property companies syndicated by

Bluezone as Promoter.

As stakeholder in one or more of the syndicated projects it is therefore advisable to familiarize

yourself with the contents of said report.
